3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is intended for deep donut frying. The product
is intended for commercial use!
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.
NOTE: The device should not be used for heating:
liquids containing sugar, acids, alkalis, alcohol,
harmful to health, easily escaping liquids and
materials
products other than those mentioned as intended
for use with the product
3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION
ATTENTION! This product's view can be found on the
last pages of the operating instructions (pp. 36).
3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of environment must not be higher than
40°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device
is being used. There should be at least 10 cm distance
between each side of the device and the wall or other
objects. The device should always be used when positioned
on an even, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and
be out of the reach of children and persons with limited
mental and sensory functions. Position the device such that
you always have access to the power plug. The power cord
connected to the appliance must be properly grounded
and correspond to the technical details on the product
label.
Disassemble the device and all its components and clean
them before the first use.
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE

Device assembly
1.
Unpack all components of the device and check their
condition.
2.
Place the stem in the handle on the left side of the oil
tank, then connect to the scissor head.
3.
Place the tappet inside the drain hopper. Attach the
drain hopper. Connect the tappet rod to the drive
mechanism at the head.
4.
Connect the swing rod to the discharge arm.

5.
Connect the scissor head cable to the socket at the
device control panel.
B.
Installation / modification of the hopper.
1.
Choose the right mould depending on your
preferred donut size.
2.
Install the mould at the outlet of the hopper.
3.
Connect the tappet to the selected mould.
4.
Place the tappet in the hopper.

Tighten the thumbscrews to secure the structure.
B.
Installation / modification of the hopper.
1.
Choose the right mould depending on your preferred
donut size.
2.
Install the mould at the outlet of the hopper.
3.
Connect the tappet to the selected mould.
4.
Place the tappet in the hopper.
3.3. DEVICE USE
RCDM-6K
NOTE: The maximum load for one batch of products is 30
kg.
NOTE: Before starting work, make sure that the donut
batter has been prepared correctly. Poorly prepared batter
may cause incorrect operation of the device.
1.
Place the device on a flat, stable surface. Prepare the
receiving vessel.
2.
Before turning on, check that the device is properly
installed.
3.
Ensure that the device is disconnected from power
supply.
4.
Fill the oil tank. The oil level should be within the
specified scale.
5.
Fill the hopper with batter.
6.
Set the desired temperature on the thermostat, as
well as the frying time and ejection time with the
timer.
7.
Select single or double operation mode.
8.
Connect the device to the mains.
9.
Turn on the device using the main switch.
10.
Start the conveyor.
11.
Start the head. It is recommended to test the
portioning of batter using the single portion switch.
12.
If the portioning is carried out correctly, set the
automatic operation switch to the „ON" position.
13.
During operation, check the correct movement of
the products to avoid blocking the device.
14.
Check the oil level in the oil tank during operation.

well as the frying time and ejection time with the
timer.

Connect the device to the mains.
8.
Turn on the device using the main switch.
9.
Start the batter portioning with the switch.
10.
During operation, check the correct movement of
the products to avoid blocking the device.
11.
Check the oil level in the oil tank during operation.
NOTE: If the device locks up:
Switch off the drive and the heating function.
Wait for the device to reach room temperature.
Identify the cause of the malfunction / jam
Eliminate the fault or report the problem to the
manufacturer's service department
Restart the device.

3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

a)
Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool
completely before each cleaning, adjustment or
replacement of accessories, or if the device is not
being used.
b)
Wait for the rotating elements to stop.
c)
Use only mild, food-safe detergents to wash the
device.
d)
After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
completely before using it again.
e)
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
f)
Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge
it in water.
g)
Do not allow water to get inside the device through
vents in the housing of the device.
h)
The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical efficiency and spot any damage.
i)
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
j)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning
(e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they
may damage the surface material of the appliance.
k)
Do not clean the device with an acidic substance,
agents of medical purposes, thinners, fuel, oils or
other chemical substances because it may damage
the device.
l)
After cleaning the device, lubricate the moving parts
with mineral oil intended for the maintenance of
food industry equipment.
