stable, clean, refractory and dry surfaces out of the reach

ensured. The power cord connected to the appliance must
be properly grounded and correspond to the technical
details. Before first use, remove all elements and clean
them along with the entire device
IMPORTANT: The device has been covered with an anti-
corrosion film. During the first use, the appliance may
release some smoke coming from the heating elements.
This is normal and safe. Be sure to use adequate ventilation.
NOTE: After the first heating, the grill may darken more or
less regularly. This is quite normal.
3.3. DEVICE USE
Operating:
1.
Connect the grill to power supply. Green indicator
light will light up (POWER).
2.
Set the desired temperature using the thermostat.
Yellow thermostat light will light up (HEAT). Heating
temperature can be adjusted as required.
3.
When the desired temperature is reached, the yellow
indicator light goes out and you can start grilling.
The thermostat will maintain the temperature at a
constant level. (The left thermostat controls the left
grill plate and the right thermostat controls the right
plate.)
4.
The drain and the collection container are used to
remove the excess oil from the plate.
ATTENTION! The device has an overheat safety mechanism.
If it overheats, the RESET lights will come on and the device
will switch off. Wait approx. 15 minutes, unscrew the caps
from the RESET buttons and press the RESET buttons,
put the caps back on. You may now use the device again.

surfaces which come into contact with food to wash
the device.
d)
After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
before reusing it.
e)
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
f)
Never spray the device with water jets.
g)
Remember to prevent water from penetrating inside
the device through vents in the housing of the device
h)
Clean the vents with a paintbrush and compressed
air
i)
Regular inspections of the device must be carried out
in terms of its technical efficiency and any damages
Plate maintenance:
•
Protect the plate by covering it with salt-free cooking
oil, using a kitchen roll or a cloth. Leave the plate for
one hour and then wipe away the remaining oil with
a cloth. The grill plate prepared in the described way
can be used again for grilling.
Cleaning
After each use, the grill must be thoroughly cleaned:
•
In case of a one-time, short use, simply wipe the grill
with a paper towel.
•
After a prolonged period of use, you can use a
special grill scraper (and/or a sponge or a brush) to
collect the remaining food and remove it to the drain
area. After the remaining food is removed, dry the
grill plate surface with a clean kitchen roll and treat
the surface as described above.
•
IMPORTANT: Be careful to keep the scraper at an
angle to the surface of the grill. Do not scrape too
deep as it may leave scratches on the surface of
the grill, which will make food stick to the surface.
•
If the surface is very dirty it can be washed with water
and detergent.
•
IMPORTANT: Please note that detergents remove the
natural oil film from the surface, so the grill must be
coated with oil after washing.
•
After each use, remove and clean the collection
drawer. The container must be washed with
detergent.
IMPORTANT: If the container is not cleaned, the
remaining food and fats may ignite when the grill
is heated again.
•
IMPORTANT: Do not pour water over hot grill
plates. It may cause deformation and cracks
in the heating plate, i.e. permanent damage.
