Function buttons:
RECOVERY: Activates the RECOVERY PROGRAM that will automatically evaluate your fitness
immediately after your work out.
RESET: Press to return to main menu or to set the value to 0 during an input procedure. Press and
hold for approx. 2 seconds to set all values to 0.
START / STOP: Starts or stops a workout.
ENTER: Confirms a selection or a set value. During workout this buttons switches to another
function to display.
UP/DOWN (Arrow-buttons): Press these two buttons to scroll through available selections. You
can also adjust function values with these buttons.
FUNCTIONS
TIME: Shows the exercise time. You may set a target time by pressing the UP and/or DOWN but-
tons (1min ~ 99 min) in 1 minute increments.
TIME / 500M: Your average time to reach 500 meters is automatically displayed.
SPM: Strokes per minute.
DISTANCE: Preset a target value by pressing the UP and/or DOWN buttons (0 ~ 99,900 meters),
100 meters increments.
Note: It is not possible, to preset both values of time and distance in one workout!
STROKES: Set a target value by pressing the UP and/or DOWN buttons (0~9,990 strokes). 10 stro-
kes increments.
TOTAL STROKES: Accumulates total strokes.
CALORIES: Set a target value by pressing the UP and/or DOWN buttons (10~9,990 kcal). 10 cal
increments.
PULSE: Computer shows the pulse frequency of the user during workout (an optional wireless
chest belt must be put on). In manual mode it is possible to set a pulse rate of 30 to 240 beats
per minute (H.R.C.) - when the set heart rate is reached, the computer will emit a corresponding
acoustic signal.
CALENDAR/TEMPERATURE/CLOCK: In standby mode, the computer displays the date, tempe-
rature and time.
