Functions and Features
ITEM / DESCRIPTION
TIME
Computer shows actual exercise time (0:00 – 99:59).
You may preset a target time before starting a workout. The time will then countdown and an acoustic
signal will be emitted when reaching 0:00. You may enter max. 99:00 minutes as preset value.
SPEED
The computer shows the current speed in the display (0.0 – 99.9 km/h).
RPM
Displays the rounds per minute (0 – 999).
DISTANCE
The workout distance is displayed here (0.0 – 99.99). You may preset
a target distance before starting a workout. The distance will then count down and an acoustic signal
will be emitted when reaching 0. You may enter max. 99.9 km as preset value.
CALORIES
The currently burned calories are displayed here (0 – 9999 kcal). The calorie consumption values registe-
red and displayed with this computer merely serve as indicative values for a person of medium stature
with medium resistance setting, and can deviate considerably from the actual medically precise calorie
consumption.
PULSE
The computer is showing the user's heart rate in beats per minute. You may preset a pulse value (30-230
bpm) before exercise. During exercise, the computer will then constantly check the actual pulse and
warns you with an audio signal, if the target value has been reached resp. exceeded.
WATTS
Computer shows the actual watt value (0 – 999).
MANUAL
Manual mode.
BEGINNER / ADVANCE / SPORTY
Each 4 programmes for beginners / advanced / sportive users.
CARDIO
Automatically steered training depending on your pulse frequency.
WATT PROGRAM
Watt-controlled training mode.
