❐ The safety level of the device can only be maintained if it is checked for damages as
well as wear and tear on a regular basis.
❐ When cleaning, do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaners. They could damage
the surface.

Cleaning

When needed, wipe the device with a damp cloth and if necessary, using a small
amount of mild detergent.
Remove any dirt or other debris from the adapters (hair, lint etc.).
Please observe the washing label on the cloth when cleaning the cushion cleaning
cloth and window cleaning cloths. Do not use any softeners or bleaching agents
for cleaning!
Wash the fl oor cleaning adapter with warm water and a mild cleaner as needed.
Only move the device back to its storage place once it has completely cooled down
and the water tank has been emptied.
Store the device in a clean, dry, and cool area that is not accessible to children.

Care

To ensure that your steam cleaner can clean at full power, you should decalcify the water
tank at regular intervals (every time after the device has been used approximately 25 –
50 times) or if you notice that the device needs more time to emit steam.
1. Fill the water tank with a mixture consisting of one part vinegar and two parts water.
2. Position the device so that the emission of steam does not come into contact with
sensitive fl oors or other objects.
3. Insert the mains plug in a properly installed socket that is easily accessible.
4. Move the On/Off switch to position I to turn the device on. Wait until the device has
reached the operating temperature.
5. Let the mixture of vinegar/water circulate once completely until the water tank is
empty.
6. Turn the device off and pull the mains plug out of the socket.
7. Rinse the water tank once with fresh water to remove leftover vinegar and odours.
