We grant our customers 2 years warranty from the date of purchase. Our
product was manufactured using the latest production processes under
strict quality controls. We guarantee an immaculate quality of this article.
Keep your proof of purchase!
During the warranty period, we offer free repairs of all faults caused
by material or production defects. Please contact our customer service
if any faults should occur. Please be careful with the proper packaging
of the machine when returning for repair as we assume no liability for
damages in transit. We suggest keeping the original packing for returning
purposes.
Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by improper handling,
parts subject to regular wear and tear, and consumables. You may order
consumables via the phone number specified.
