ASSEMBLING THE UNIT

• Illustration 7 shows how to fit the unit (Ref. J)
to the stand (Ref. A) .

• Use M6 X 16 (Ref. K) bolts and Ø6xØ14 (Ref.
L) washers to fix the unit as shown in illustra-
tion 8. The pair of holes on the resistance unit
plate allows lateral adjustment of the resistan-
ce unit.
Before fitting the unit make sure that the stand
is perfectly positioned on the floor, completely
opened, and that the support plate is horizontal.
TAKE CARE, AS THE UNIT IS VERY HEAVY AND
COULD CAUSE THE STAND TO CLOSE.

FITTING THE BICYCLE

• Lower the resistance unit completely (Ref.J),
unscrewing the bolt regulator of the resistance
unit plate (Ref. B) (Fig. 9).

• Make sure the quick release of the bicycle
rear wheel is properly fixed.
• Turn the lever (Ref. I) to the "open" position
(fig. 10).
