j) Setting the Time
The time must be set to be able to lock output #1 entirely during a specific time of the day (e.g.
between 10 PM and 6 AM) (see next chapter 11. k).
If you do not want to lock output #1 during a specific time of the day, the time does not
need to be set.
Proceed as follows to set the time:
• The code lock must be in programming mode; see chapter 11. b).
• Enter the programming code
• Enter the hours (e.g.
The internal clock always works in 24h mode ("00:00" to "23:59").
• Confirm your input with the
set to "00").
• The code lock emits two beeps; programming is saved.
The time is lost during a power outage. If possible, the code lock should therefore
always be operated via an uninterruptible power supply, just like an alarm system.
If a power outage has occurred and specific times had been programmed for the input
lock (see chapter 11. k), the code lock will emit warning sounds (3 fast beeps every
5 seconds). In this case, re-programme the time.
We recommend re-programming the time every 3 months to correct smaller time
deviations. Also observe that the code lock does not switch for daylight savings time.
Example: Setting the Time
(a)
(b)
(a) Start programming for the time
(b) Set time "09:50"
(c) Save programming (code lock emits two beeps)
.
) and the minutes (e.g.
button. The internal clock starts (the seconds are automatically
(c)
).
