Voltage/current supply
Depending on construction type of the door opener, either use connection "NO" or "NC" of the
code lock ("Fail-Secure" => "NO", "Fail-Safe" => "NC").
"Fail-Secure" door opener:
It only releases the closure latch if its operating voltage is present (common build). Connect it
to the connection "NO".
"Fail-Safe" door opener:
This releases the closure latch when the operating voltage is missing (rare build, e.g. used for escape
route doors since the door can be opened at power outage). Connect it to the connection "NC".
In door opener systems that are operated with direct voltage, the protective diode must
be connected close to the door opener.
