• Plug the microwave oven into a different
outlet so that the microwave oven and
the receiver are on different branch
circuits.
The manufacturer is not responsible for
any radio or television interference caused
by unauthorized modification to this
microwave oven. It is the responsibility of
the user to correct such interference.
Examining your microwave oven
• Remove the feature sticker from the
outside of the door, if there is one.
• Do not remove the waveguide cover,
which is located on the ceiling in the
microwave oven cavity. Check to see that
there are Assembly Instructions,
• Wall template, top template and filter,
which is used when recirculating is
chosen.
• It is suitable for IKEA ranges and hobs.
• Read enclosures and save the User
Manual.
• Check the microwave oven for any
damage, such as misaligned or bent
door, damaged door seals and sealing
surfaces, broken or loose door hinges
and latches and dents inside the cavity
or on the door. If there is any damage,
do not operate the microwave oven and
contact any IKEA Store.

Tightly-closed utensils could explode.
Closed containers should be opened and
plastic pouches should be pierced before
cooking.

There may be certain non-metallic utensils
that are not safe to use for microwaving.
If in doubt, you can test the utensil in
question following the procedure below.
Utensil test
1. Fill a microwave-safe container with
1 cup of cold water (250ml) along with
the utensil in question.
2. Cook on maximum power for 1 minute.
3. Carefully feel the utensil. If the empty
utensil is warm, do not use it for
microwave cooking.
4. Do not exceed 1 minute cooking time.
The plug should always be accessible to
disconnect.
Electrical requirements
Check Assembly Instructions for proper
location for the power supply.
The electrical requirements are a 120 vac
60 hz, ac only, 15amp. Or more protected
electrical supply. It is recommended that a
separate circuit serving only the microwave
oven be provided.
The microwave oven is equipped with
a 3-prong grounding plug. It must be
plugged into a wall receptacle that is
properly installed and grounded. Do not
under any circumstances cut or remove
thegrounding pin from the plug. Do not
use an extension cord.
If the power supply cord is too short, have
a qualified electrician or serviceman install
an outlet near the appliance.
