• The mains voltage must be 400 Volts - 50 Hz.
• Mains connection and extension cables must be
5-core = 3 P + N + PE.
• Extension cables must have a minimum cross sec-
tion of 1.5mm².
• The mains connection must be protected with a
16 A fuse on the mains side.
• For mains power connection or change of location,
the direction of rotation must be checked and, if
necessary, the polarity must be changed (phase
inverter).
Connections and repair work on the electrical equip-
ment may only be carried out by electricians.
Please provide the following information in the event
of any enquiries.
• Engine manufacturer
• Type of current for the motor
• Data of machine type plate
When returning the motor always send in the com-
plete drive unit with switches.
13. Cleaning
Attention!
Disconnect the mains plug before carrying out any
cleaning work.
We recommend that you clean the device directly af-
ter every use.
Wipe swarf and dust off the machine from time to time
with a cloth.
Clean the device at regular intervals using a damp
cloth and a little soft soap. Do not use any cleaning
products or solvents; they could attack the plastic
parts of the device. Make sure that no water can pen-
etrate the device interior.
14. Storage
Store the device and its accessories in a dark, dry
and frost-free place that is inaccessible to children.
The optimum storage temperature lies between 5 and
30 ˚C.
Store the power tool in its original packaging.
Cover the power tool to protect it from dust or mois-
ture. Store the operating manual with the power tool.
15. Maintenance
Attention!
Disconnect the mains plug before carrying out any
maintenance work.
You should observe the following maintenance points
on your Scheppach Precisa 6.0 circular table saw.
• Check the belt tension after approx. 20 operating
hours and retighten if necessary. To do this, open
the upper right side panel. Check the belt tension
occasionally. (Fig. Z)
• Occasionally re-oil the roller chain and the moving
parts (height and swivel adjustment).
• Always keep the tabletop free of resin.
All protective and safety equipment must be re-
assembled immediately after repair, mainte-
nance is completed.
• For trouble-free chip ejection, the saw guard box
must occasionally be cleaned of wood residues
and shavings.
• The height and angle adjustment range may be re-
stricted due to possible chip deposits. Remove the
left table inlay and clean the adjustment area.
