Longitudinal stop
Fig. "A"
Screw together the stop tube, intermediate plate and
guide carriage. To do this, insert the two threaded
bolts into the guide carriage.
4 washers
4 cylindrical screws
Fig. "B"
Screw the intermediate plate to the stop tube.

Setting the longitudinal stop
Fig. "F"
• Open the eccentric levers on the guide carriage
(pull upwards) and place the guide carriage on the
guide tube from above.
For precise adjustment of the longitudinal stop to the
saw blade, loosen the four cylindrical screws (1) and
clamp the guide carriage approx. 100 mm from the
saw blade. Place a straight bar approx. 600 mm long
on the saw blade and adjust the stop to parallelism by
measuring (X) and readjusting several times. Tighten
the cylindrical screws (1) again.
Important!
For cutting widths below 120 mm, always use a
push stick.
Stop rail

Position 1:
For work with a high contact surface. The displayed
cutting width is on the black display scale.
Position 2;
For work with a low contact surface. The displayed
cutting width is on the blue display scale. (Low con-
tact surface symbol)
Push stick
Fig. "H"
Attach 2 retaining clips to the longitudinal stop.

1 oval-head screw
Insert the push stick into the retaining clips.
Ensure that you insert the push stick during the lon-
gitudinal cutting of narrow workpieces (smaller than
120 mm).

Longitudinal stop
Fig. "I"
Adjust the magnifying glass.
Position the stop rail against the saw blade and clamp
the eccentric levers (1 + 2) . Loosen the fastening
screws of the magnifying glass and place the grad-
uation mark exactly over the "zero line" of the scale.
Tighten screws.
Fig. "J"
Fine adjustment
Fine adjustment is made via the adjustment spindle
(3) with the eccentric lever (1) locked and the eccen-
tric lever (2) open.
Suction hood
Fig. "K"
Screw the flat round screw M 6 x 40 with washer and
clamping lever into the suction hood. Clamp the suc-
tion hood onto the riving knife.
Suction hood "1" without pre-scorer
Suction hood "2" with pre-scorer
IMPORTANT!
m Lower the suction hood onto the workpiece during
every working operation.
Saw blade replacement
Fig. "L", see also Fig. "S"
• Rotate saw blade to the uppermost position
• Insert the holding mandrel (1) into the sawing shaft
through the hole in the right half of the table.
• Unscrew the screws (7) in the table inlay (6) only
approx. 1mm above the table inlay and remove the
table inlay.
• Swivel the protective cover (5) away from the saw
blade with both hands, now the mains voltage is
also interrupted by the limit switch.
• Rotate the hexagonal nut (2) on the saw blade to
the right with an open-ended spanner WAF 30 and
loosen.
• Remove the hexagonal nut (2), the saw blade
flange (8) and the saw blade (9) (Attention! Danger
of cutting, wear gloves!)
• Reinstall the saw blade in reverse order
• Pay attention to the saw blade running direction!
• Close the protective cover (5) again, otherwise
there is a risk of damage and the machine will not
start!
