THE INDUCTION PRINCIPLE
An induction coil is located under each cooking zone. When a cooking zone is switched on, this coil
creates a magnetic field which impacts directly on the base of the suitable cookware, which causes an
instant build-up of heat to cook the food.
OPERATION
INSTALLATION
Cut a hole in the worktop of the dimension shown in the diagram below. A minimum of
50 mm space should be left around the hole. The worktop should be at least 30 mm
thick and made of heat-resistant material.
