To effectively use the appliance
The maximum area that this appliance can effectively cool is influenced by various factors.
The following factors may limit the cooling capacity of the appliance, thus reducing the area it can cool:
• a high outside temperature
• direct sunlight in the room
• the presence of many and/or large windows
• a flat roof
• the presence of many people in the room
• the presence of numerous electrical equipment in the room
• insulation of the room
When these factors are less prevalent (so-called low heat loads), the appliance can cool a larger area; conversely, when these
factors are more pronounced (so-called high heat loads), the cooling capacity of the appliance is reduced, limiting the area it
can cool.
To use the appliance as effectively as possible:
• Do not place the appliance near a heat source or in direct sunlight.
• Close doors and windows and keep curtains or shutters closed during the sunniest hours of the day.
• Keep the filters clean.
• Moderate the temperature setting when the room has reached the desired conditions.
