Supports
Piping connection
The pipes which are connected to the equipment connection must be supported and arranged in such
way as not to create dangerous stress forces for the stability of the fittings.
WARNING:
USE GASKETS MADE OF MATERIAL AND SHAPE SUGGESTED BY THE MANUFACTURER. AFTER STARTING
IT IS ADVISABLE TO CHECK THE TIGHTENING TORQUE OF THE BOLTS ESPECIALLY IN LOW
TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS. INCORRECT TIGHTENING TORQUE OF THE BOLTS CAN PERMANENTLY
DAMAGE THE GASKET.
9. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1
It is necessary to circulate an adequate charge of fluid to avoid excessive vibrations on the pipes,
2
Respect the maximum limits allowed in terms of pressure and temperature shown on the plate,
3
Check that the fluid IN / OUT nozzles are free from induced vibrations of any nature and origin,
4
Check the compatibility of the secondary fluid to be used inside the casing as indicated on the
appliance plate and that it is actually compatible with the material declared by the
manufacturer.
5
Check the compatibility of the primary fluid to be used inside the pipes with what is indicated
on the appliance plate and that it is actually compatible with the material declared by the
manufacturer.
6
Do not use fluids other than those indicated on this label, otherwise the unit could be seriously
damaged.
7
The flow of fluid inside the exchanger must be such as to guarantee the establishment of
turbulent flow conditions to ensure heat exchange and such as not to lead excessive pressure
drops (max suggested value 50/80kPa). Excessive fluid flow rates can induce erosion and
corrosion and the formation of vibrations, drastically reducing the duration and integrity of the
HEAT EXCHANGER,
8
The FF heat exchangers must be mounted horizontally,
9
It is mandatory to respect the inlet and outlet direction of the fluid from the shell side indicated
in the executive drawings, in order to avoid mechanical damage to the exchanger itself.
NB:
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE FORFEITURE OF THE
GUARANTEE.
