A – Using the oven

Before cooking your food, it's recommended that you pre-heat the oven for 10–15 minutes.

1/ Turn the programme selection dial to the desired cooking mode.
2/ Turn the thermostat dial to the desired temperature (from 40 to max. 240 °C).
3/ Put the food in a dish and place it in the oven.
4/ Reset the thermostat dial and the programme selection dial to the "Off" position to switch off the
oven. The oven's indicator light will go off.

Level positions
The lower and upper heating elements are used. This mode
is ideal for cakes, biscuits, flans, lasagne, and roasting
meat.
The upper element is used
Only the lower heating element is working. This cooking
mode is particularly suitable for slow cooking to reheat
dishes, or for cooking dishes such as pizzas and pies that
need to be cooked from the bottom.
