"Off" position
Thermostat: Sets the cooking temperature. After placing the dish inside the
oven, turn the dial to adjust the desired temperature setting between 40 and
240°C (max.). For cooking temperatures for different foods, refer to the cooking
chart.
Cooking mode: Allows you to select the burners to be used during cooking.
These cooking programmes and their functions are described in section
V - OPERATION, b-Oven operation, see table "Cooking mode meanings".
Oven "Off" position (1)
(1) Turn the dial to position the "Stop" symbol opposite the selection mark [0]
and stop oven operation.
Hob "Off" position (2)
(2) Turn the dial to position the "Off" symbol opposite the selection mark [0],
stopping operation of the relevant hob.
Oven fittings
A drip tray:
Can be positioned on 4 levels. It collects any juices or
fats/grease. It is recommended to pour a little water into
the drip tray beforehand, as this will reduce the smoke
and make it easier to clean once it has cooled.
A cooking rack:
Can be positioned on 4 levels. Dishes or other cookware
can be placed on it. Your dish should be centred on the
rack.
