Stand support
1. Take hold of the stand support on the rear side of the monitor at the bottom and pull it away from
the unit.
2. Turn the stand support lock, with a screwdriver for example, counterclockwise to fix it in this
position.
You can also fit a belt or strap to the eyelet in the stand support (not included in the material supplied).
Putting the camera into operation
Connecting the camera
Connect the camera as illustrated in the
diagram.
Attention: Use one of the power
adapter plugs supplied contain-
ing the output data 6 V, 800 mA
for the camera unit.
To switch the camera on, press the On/Off
button so that the On/Off LED lights up
green.
Positioning the camera
You can stand the camera unit or mount it on a wall or support.
Attention: The camera must not be positioned or mounted nearer than 1 m to the baby/child!
Attention: Position the camera unit with a minimum distance of 1 m to other electronic
devices, otherwise there is a risk of mutual disturbance.
The camera and monitor must be at least 1 m apart!
If the distance is less, an acoustic alert signal is sounded.
Installation on a wall: Screw a suitable screw (not included
in the material supplied) in the wall so that approx. 8−9 mm
space remains between the screw head and the wall and
hook the camera on it in accordance with the adjacent dia-
gram.
Installation on a support: Thread the hook and loop strap
through the eyelets on the underside of the camera in ac-
cordance with the adjacent diagram and wrap the hook and
loop strap firmly around the support.

Aligning the camera

The camera can be pivoted within a limited range enabling slight adjustment
up and down and to the left and right. After having positioned the camera as
required and then putting the monitor unit into operation, pivot the camera
until the section you want to observe appears in the monitor display.
