Note! Danger of overheating of the welding torch. In order to ensure a suf-
ficient coolant flow, stick to the following instructions:
A hose piece (1) is enclosed with the "FK 4000 R Duo" conversion kit.
If the connections for water flow and water return are not occupied, irrespective
of whether they are located at the external wire feeder, the power source or the
cooling unit, proceed as follows:

Connect hose piece (1) to the free connections for water flow and water
return
at the external wire feeder, if welding torch has been removed
at the front side of the cooling unit, if water lines for the welding torch on the power
have been removed
at the rear side of the cooling unit, if water lines for the interconnecting cable
assembly to the external wire feeder have been removed.
Fig.3 shows how to connect the hose piece (1), instead of the connections for water
flow and water return of the welding torch, with free water connections on the
external wire feeder.
