MAINTENANCE
BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY MAINTENANCE WORK, IT IS MANDATORY TO
UNPLUG THE OVEN PLUG FROM THE POWER SUPPLY OUTLET.
CLEANING
Cleaning must be carried outat the end of each use in compliance with hygiene rules and to protect the
functionality of the oven.
Cleaningfrom the room :
Turn off the power to the oven by flipping the switch on the power panel.
Remove the conveyor belt seal protection. Release the strip
from the hook by moving it upwards.
Slide the seal in question towards the control panel, releasing it from the drive shaft of theconveyor belt.
Lift the inlet and outlet sliding capsules to the fully open position. Lift the conveyor belt on
both sides and pull it towards the control side.
Openthe side door and, using a pair of gloves, remove the diffusers which are fixed with screws. Clean
metal surfaces with a sponge dipped in water and a non-abrasive and/or corrosive detergent, then
rinse the surfaces with a sponge dipped in pure water.
Cleaning the exterior of the oven (stainless steel surfaces, inspection glass and control panelorder)
:
This operation must be carried out with the oven cold.
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE RESPONSIBLE OPERATOR USE GLOVES AND
APPROPRIATE CLOTHING TO AVOID BURNS.
FOR CLEANING IT IS PROHIBITED TO USE: WATER JETS, ABRASIVE POWDER,
CORROSIVE SUBSTANCES OR ANY OTHER ELEMENT LIKELY TO DAMAGE THE
COMPONENTS AND COMPROMISE SAFETY IN GENERALAND HYGIENE IN
PARTICULAR.

For any extraordinary maintenance, repair and/or replacement, please contact only the authorized dealer from
whom you purchased the device and/or an approved technician in possession of the technical-professional
conditions required by current regulations.

Check the mechanical parts, the presence of possible breaks or deformation, the tightness of the
screws. Check the readability and condition of stickers and symbols and restore them if necessary.

Safety Instructions
Check the readability and condition of the safety instructions (labels).
Switchboard
Check the components installed inside the electrical panel. Check the wiring between the electrical
panel and the machine parts.
Connection cable and plug
Check the connection cable and plug. Replace them if necessary.
General overhaul of the machine
Check all components, electrical parts, corrosion, pipes, ...
