SERIAL NUMBER LABEL
The serial number consists of a gray screen-printed adhesive label applied to the rear of the oven. The
following information is indicated legibly and indelibly on the nameplate:
Manufacturer name
Electrical power (kW/A)
Model
Label "Made in Italy"
GENERAL INFORMATIONS
IMPORTANCE OF THE MANUAL
Before using the oven in question, it is mandatory to read and understand this manual in its entirety.
This manual must always be available to "authorized operators" and be located near the oven, well
guarded and preserved.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any damage to people, animals and property caused by
non-compliance with the rules described in this manual.
This manual is an integral part of the oven and must be kept until its final disposal.
"Authorized operators" must only carry out work on the oven which falls within their specific
competence.
"OVEN OFF" STATUS
Before carrying out any maintenance and/or adjustment work on the oven, it is mandatory to cut off the
electricity and gas supply by removing the plug from the socket and turning off the gas, ensuring that
the oven is completely turned off and cooled.
GUARANTEE
The warranty period is twelve months and begins on the date of the tax receipt issued at the time
of purchase.
During this period, parts will be replaced or repaired free of charge and only in our factory, for well-
established and unequivocal reasons resulting from manufacturing defects, with the exception of
electrical components and those subject to wear.
Warranty does not include shipping cost and labor cost.
The warranty expires if it is established that the damage was caused by: transport, incorrect or
insufficient maintenance, inexperience of operators, manipulation, repairs carried out by unauthorized
personnel, non-compliance with the instructions of the manual.
Any recourse to the manufacturer for direct or indirect damage resulting from time will be excluded.
during which the machine will remain stopped due to:
breakdown, waiting for repair or other, attributable to the physical presence of the device.
ANY ALTERATION AND/OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS WITH NON-ORIGINAL
REPLACEMENT PARTS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY AND RELEASE THE
MANUFACTURER FROM ANY LIABILITY. EACH INTERVENTION MUST BE CARRIED
OUT BY A SPECIALIZED TECHNICIAN.
