SAFETY THERMOSTAT
The safety thermostat is located inside the ventilation chamber, right next to the burners. It is
calibrated at 427°C and is manually reset. If the same or higher temperature is detected, the entire
oven is turned off and the gas is closed.
To restart the oven, a qualified technician must intervene, who will check the reason for this anomaly and
can then only reset it manually by opening the technical compartment panel (system door). See the
figure below where the safety thermostat is highlighted.
The position of the red reset button is indicated by the arrow.
Resetting is only possible when the chamber temperature has fallen below 427°C.
As the safety thermostat is only triggered in the event of a serious breakdown,
before restarting the oven, carefully check its operation and carry out any possible
repairs.
