START OF PROGRAM screen
Once selectedthe desired program or created a new recipe, a screen is
displayed to start the recipe or modify its parameters.
The name of the current phase is indicated at the top of the screen.
By clicking on the thermometer icon it is possible to modify the power
as a percentage of the resistance, while by clicking on the modification
icon it is possible to modify the temperature.
The last section allows you to modify the cooking time.
TEMPERATURE VARIATION screen
Each resistance allows you to modify the temperature by operating on
the dedicated section with the THERMOMETER icon then on the
corresponding cursor, or by using the PLUS/MINUS icons to define the
value.
