Instructions for the installer
GENERAL WARNINGS
The place where the oven is installed must have the following environmental characteristics:
It must be dry, the temperature and relative humidity of the room in which it is to be installed
must not exceed the values indicated in the technical data table:
Sufficiently distant water sources;
Lighting adapted and compliant with health and safety standards required by current laws.
Adequate ventilation with hoods or exhaust fans to ensure proper
healthy and smoke-free environment.
THE OVEN SHOULD NOT BE INSTALLED NEAR FLAMMABLE MATERIALS (WOOD,
PLASTIC, COMBUSTIBLES, GASES, ETC.). AVOID CONTACT OF FLAMMABLE
OBJECTS WITH HOT OVEN SURFACES. ALWAYS ENSURE FIRE SAFETY
CONDITIONS. KEEP A FREE SPACE AROUND THE OVEN OF AT LEAST 30 CM.
HANDLING AND POSITIONING THE OVEN
Remove the conveyor belt (see page 18).
Use a forklift or pallet truck of appropriate capacity.
Lift the capsules and insert the forks, suitably covered
with soft material to avoid any damage, into the
cooking chamber, through the entrance or exit of the
tunnel (Fig. 1).
Position the oven at the corners of the base (Fig. 2).
