ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
Check that the supply voltage, frequency and power of the installation are compatible with the values
indicated both in the technical characteristics and on the rating plate on the back of the oven.
The specifications of the power outlet must be compatible with the plug installed on the cable.
THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION OF THE OVEN TO THE ELECTRICAL NETWORK MUST
BE COMPULSORY AND EXCLUSIVELY CARRIED OUT BY AN APPROVED TECHNICIAN
(ELECTRICIAN) HAVING THE TECHNICO-PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED BY THE REGULATIONS IN FORCE IN THE COUNTRY OF USE OF THE
OVEN, WHO MUST ISSUE A DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY OF WORK.
FOR DIRECT CONNECTION TO THE NETWORK, IT IS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE A
DEVICE WITH AN OPENING BETWEEN THE CONTACTS SO AS TO ENSURE
COMPLETE DISCONNECTION IN CATEGORY III OVERVOLTAGE CONDITIONS, IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTALLATION RULES.
To connect the machine to the power supply, proceed as follows:
connect a standardized, polarized plug to the other end of the cable (the distinction between phase and
neutral must be clear).
WHEN THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION IS COMPLETED, THE APPROVED
TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICIAN) MUST ISSUE A DECLARATION CERTIFYING THE
CONTINUITY MEASUREMENT OF THE EQUIPOTENTIAL PROTECTION CIRCUIT.
THE DEVICE MUST BE CONNECTED BY A RCD CIRCUIT BREAKER WITH A
MINIMUM RATED TRIP CURRENT NOT EXCEEDING 30 MA.
