4. INSTALLING THE JUMP MAT
Note
The jump mat (6) has 56 eyelets (6a), and there are 56 openings around the top of the base frame.
2. Select any point as point 0 for inserting the first spring (12).
3. Hook the almost-closed end of the spring (12) into an eyelet (6a) of the jump mat (6).
WARNING!
Always use the spring pull T-hook (11) when attaching the springs (12).
Make sure that the springs (12) fully lock into the openings in the base frame. Otherwise there is a risk of injury!
Note
The springs (12) are different at each end. The almost-closed end is hooked into an eyelet (6a) of the jump mat (6).
The open end is hooked into an opening in the base frame.
4. Pull firmly and hook the open end of the spring (12) into an opening in the base frame.
5. Count 14 eyelets (6a) further and insert the second spring (12) into the 14th eyelet (6a) and opening.
6. Count another 14 eyelets (6a) further and insert the third spring (12) into the 28th eyelet (6a) and opening
(counting from point 0).
7. Count another 14 eyelets (6a) further and insert the fourth spring (12) into the 42nd eyelet (6a) and opening
(counting from point 0).
8. Starting at point 0, insert a spring (12) into the free 7th eyelet (6a) and opening. Count another 14 eyelets (6a)
and openings further and insert the next spring (12). Repeat this until you have returned to point 0.
9. Starting at point 0, insert a spring (12) into the free 4th eyelet (6a) and opening. Count another 7 eyelets (6a)
and openings further and insert the next spring (12). Repeat this until you have returned to point 0.
10. Insert the remaining springs (12) into the remaining eyelets (6a) and openings in any order you choose. If you
have missed an eyelet (6a) or opening, check which spring (12) has been attached incorrectly and reattach it in
the correct position.
5. ATTACHING THE FRAME PADDING
STEP 6
1. Place the frame padding (7) on the jump mat (6) so that the springs (12) and frame poles (1) are covered.
2. Hook the rubber bands (7a) of the frame padding (7) to the eyelets (6a) of the jump mat (6) opposite them,
around the frame poles (1).
STEP 7
1. Take the cord (13) and knot one end of the cord onto one of the eyelets (6a) of the jump mat (6).
2. Thread the other end of the cord (13) through the tab (7b) of the frame padding (7).
3. Thread the cord (13) back through the next eyelet (6a) of the jump mat (6).
Note
After threading the cord (13), pull it taut in one of the fifth to tenth eyelets (6a).
