Disassembly
Ducted Fan Unit
1. Carefully remove the plastic nose ring (
front of the nacelle using a hobby knife to cut through
the glue joint.
2. Carefully cut along the left and right seam (
nacelle using a hobby knife or razor blade.
3. Carefully separate the bottom of the nacelle (
the top of the nacelle.
4. Pull down on the ducted fan assembly (
from the nacelle.
5. Remove the two M1.4 x 3.5mm machine screws (E),
using a 1,5mm Allen driver.
6. Carefully remove the fan rotor (F).
Motor
1. Remove three M1.4 x 3.5mm machine screws (
using a 1.5mm Allen driver.

2. Remove the motor (
Assembly
Assemble in reverse order.
• Ensure the fan rotor is secured into place with the two
M1.4 x 3.5mm machine screws (E) .
• Ensure the ducted fan unit is facing forward for correct
operation.
• Secure the bottom half of the nacelle to the top half
using foam safe CA.
• Secure the plastic nose ring to the nacelle using foam
safe CA.
Pushrod Factory Positions
The illustration shows the factory positions for the pushrod
ball links to the control horns. Fly the aircraft at factory
settings before making changes.
After ying, you may choose to adjust the linkage positions
for the desired control response.
CAUTION: When these are not connected/
attached in the correct locations for the pilot's
skill level, unexpected aircraft response to controls can
result. This can cause damage to the aircraft and
personal injury.
