Starting position
1. Lie on your back with your face facing up-
ward with feet turned towards the bench.
2. Place your hands behind your head with
palms facing upwards.
3. Wedge your feet under the foot pad. Legs are
bent.
Final position
4. Lift your upper body up from the bench as
high as you can while exhaling.
5. Slowly return to the starting position and
repeat the exercise in 5 sets of 10. Rest for
about 60 seconds between sets.
Important: Be sure to keep your torso
tense throughout the exercise.

Lateral abdominals
Starting position
1. Put the bench in the middle position
2. Lie on your side and set your feet behind the
foot pad.
3. Place your hands with the back of your hand
behind your ears with the elbows pointing
outwards.
Final position
4. Lift your upper body sideways from the bench
as far as you can.
5. Slowly return to the starting position. Repeat
the exercise in 5 sets of 10 and then change
sides.
Important: Be sure to look directly in
front of you during the exercise.
Stretching
Before each session take plenty of time to
stretch. Next we describe a few simple stretching
exercises for you.
You should perform each set of exercises 3 times
on each side for 30-40 seconds.
Neck muscles
1. Stand in a relaxed position. With one hand
pull your head first to the left, then to the right.
This exercise stretches the sides of your neck.
Arms and shoulders
1. Stand up straight, knees are slightly bent.
2. Place your right arm behind your head until it
is between your shoulder blades.
3. With your left hand grab your right elbow and
pull it to the back.
4. Change sides and repeat the exercise.
Leg muscles
1. Stand straight and lift one foot from the floor.
2. Slowly rotate it, first in one direction and then
in the other.
3. Change feet after a while.
Important: Make sure that your upper
legs stay parallel to each other. At the
same time push your hips forward
keeping your upper body erect.

Storage, cleaning
When not in use the product should be folded
up for storage.
When not in use, always store the product clean
and dry at room temperature.
Only clean the product with a damp cloth and
wipe dry afterwards.
IMPORTANT! Never clean the product with
harsh cleaning agents.
Disposal
Dispose of the product and packaging
materials in accordance with current
local regulations. Store the packaging
materials (foil bags, for example) out of
the reach of children. For further information
about disposal of the product no longer
needed, contact your local council. Dispose of
the product and the packaging in an environ-
mentally friendly manner.
The Recycling Code distinguishes
different materials to be returned for
recycling. The Code consists of the
recycling symbol for the recycling process and
a number that identifies the material.
Notes on the guarantee and
service handling
The product was produced with great care and
under continuous quality control. DELTA-SPORT
HANDELSKONTOR GmbH gives private
end customers a three-year guarantee on this
product from the date of purchase (guarantee
period) in accordance with the following provi-
sions. The guarantee is only valid for material
and manufacturing defects.
The guarantee does not cover parts subject to
normal wear and tear that are thus considered
wear parts (e.g. batteries) or fragile parts such
as switches, rechargeable batteries, or parts
made of glass.
Claims under this guarantee are excluded if the
product has been used incorrectly, improperly,
or contrary to the intended purpose, or if the
provisions in the instructions for use were not
observed, unless the end customer proves that
a material or manufacturing defect exists that
was not caused by one of the aforementioned
circumstances.
Claims under the guarantee can only be made
within the guarantee period by presenting the
original sales receipt. Please therefore keep the
original sales receipt. The guarantee period is
not extended by any repairs carried out under
the guarantee, under statutory guarantees, or
as a gesture of goodwill. This also applies to
replaced and repaired parts.
If you wish to make a claim please first contact
the service hotline mentioned below or contact
us by e-mail. If there is a guarantee case, then
the product will be repaired or replaced free
of charge to you or the purchase price will be
refunded, depending on our choice.
Your legal rights, in particular guarantee claims
against the respective seller, are not limited by
this guarantee.
