RM 650 VE: The battery is subject to the
requirements for transporting hazardous
goods. The battery is classed as a
UN 3480 (lithium-ion battery) and has
been tested in accordance with the UN
Manual of Tests and Criteria, Part III,
subsection 38.3.
The user may carry these batteries to the
place of use of the machine without further
restrictions during road transport.

Fault:
Engine not starting
Possible cause:
– RM 650 T, RM 650 V, RM 650 VE,
RM 655 V: Motorstop lever not
pressed.
– RM 650 VS, RM 655 RS, RM 655 VS,
RM 655 YS: Throttle lever is in Stop
position.
– RM 650 VE: Battery discharged or
defective.
– No fuel in tank; fuel line blocked.
– Inferior, dirty or old fuel in tank.
– Air filter dirty.
– Spark plug socket detached from spark
plug; ignition lead not properly fastened
to socket.
– Spark plug dirty or damaged; incorrect
electrode gap.
– Lawn mower housing blocked.
