3 Parallel controller
The parallel
controlLer can also be plugged into
the
parallel remote control socket (34) of the A727 - Compact
Disc PLayer
.
It
provides the following capabilities:
• Remote control of the transport functions
«,

PLAY,
PAUSE, LOCATE, REVIEW START, FADER, PREVIOUS,
~EXT).
• Feedback
of the PLAY,
PAUSE,
AUTO PAUSe,
READY
AND
FADER functions.
While
the CO player
is
pOSitioning for
a
LOCATE
com-
mand,
the
PAUSE key is illuminated with half
bright-
ness and the LEO "READY" extinguiShes
.
• Indicating the TRACK,
INDEX, and TIME with two 4-posi-
tion
LED
displays.
This display follows exactly the vaLue indicated on the
CD player
itself
and also ShOWS the
play
time

respond

to
the
mode selected on
