Legal warranty
LOOK, through its authorized agents and distributors
in the country where the product was purchased,
warrants its bikes/frames against non-conformities
and hidden defects (1) for a period of two years (2)
from the date of purchase.
(1) Hidden defects are only covered by French
legislation. §§ 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.
(2) Some countries or states allow a longer duration
for an implied warranty and/or the exclusion or
limitation of direct or consequential damages,
meaning that the limit described above may not
apply. This limited warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights, which
vary depending on local laws."

Lifetime warranty
CONDITIONS :
To validate the lifetime warranty, the bike must be
registered within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The registration form must be correctly filled out.
If you register your bike within ten days of the
purchase date, you will receive, in addition to the
lifetime warranty:
Our 'Contrat Confiance' replacement program with
frame and fork safety check.
COVERAGE :
The quality and reliability of our products, which
we control from design to market, allow us,
through our authorized agents and distributors,
to offer you, in addition to legal warranties, a free
lifetime warranty on LOOK bike frames and forks.
This lifetime warranty is only valid for the original
purchaser and is not transferable. Please note that
the lifetime warranty does not cover paint and finish,
or components other than the frame and fork. Under

the lifetime warranty, LOOK is limited to the repair or
replacement, at LOOK's sole discretion, of all or part
of the product in question.
