cooking food in your appliance.

coloured baking tins and trays; otherwise, they will
absorb too much heat from the burners.
It is best to bake several cakes one after the other.

for the second cake. You can also place two cake tins
next to each other.
When cooking foods with longer cooking times, you
can switch the oven off 5 minutes before the end of
the cooking time and use the residual heat to finish
the cooking.
Always keep the appliance door closed when the gas
burners are switched on. If you need to open the
appliance door, close it again as soon as possible.

need to heat itself up again.
The following tips relate to ovenware and cooking
and explain what to do if something goes wrong.
since a lower temperature allows more even
browning.
Clean the oven and accessories after each use, once
they have cooled down.

the wire rack.
