address and telephone number of your nearest after-
sales service point in the enclosed after-sales service
directory or in the telephone directory. The after-sales
service centres listed will also be happy to advise you
of a service point in your local area.
Please quote the E number (product number) and the
FD number (production number) of your appliance
when contacting the after-sales service. You will find
these numbers on the rating plate, which you can see
in the middle of the inside edge of the main oven
when the oven door is open. You can make a note of
these numbers in the space below to save time in the
