Check the scope of delivery
1. Check whether all components are present and
undamaged.
2. Contact a Porsche partner in case of any dam-
aged or missing components.
The scope of delivery includes:
Porsche Wallbox, composed of:

Housing
–
Housing cover
–
Design frame
–
Design front
–
Type-2 vehicle cable (not for Porsche Wallbox
with type-2 charging socket)
Mounting plate
Drilling template
Folder, including the operating and installation in-
structions, the letter with your access data, an
installation services flyer
Installation hardware (see installation instructions)
Access data
With your Wallbox you will receive a letter with your
access data, containing all the data Web Applica-
tionrequired for your Wallbox.
Keep the letter containing access data in a safe
place.

Information
The access data valid at the time of delivery, such
as the preset PUK and the initial password, can be
requested from the Porsche partner in case they are
lost.

Have the serial number of the Wallbox ready
The letter with the access data contains the follow-
ing data:

Serial Number Wallbox serial number
Hotspot Name Hotspot name of the Wallbox
(SSID)
Hotspot Pass- Password for the Wallbox hot-
word spot
Local Standard Initial password for home user
User Password
The password is used to log in
to the Web Application.
If you lose the initial pass-
word:
