Troubleshooting
This chapter summarises the most common problems you could encounter with the appliance. If you are unable to solve the problem with the information below, please
contact THOMAS customer service.
Problem
The wheels will not move or make a loud noise
when they move.
The appliance leaves water on the floor.
Dirt cannot be removed
when cleaning.
The appliance will not start.
The "Waste water tank" indicator does not light up
when the waste water tank is full.
The „waste water tank" indicator is flashing even
though the waste water tank is empty.
The "clean water tank" indicator is flashing
continuously.
Possible cause/solution
The wheels are jammed.
Remove any foreign objects.
