Telephoning with several call partners

During a call you can make a second internal call (enquiry call), switch between call
partners (brokering) or simultaneously converse (3-way conference call) without the
need for two telephone lines.
Internal conversation / Internal call
• Press .
• If you have just one additional handset, it will be called automatically. If you have
more additional handsets, select the handset you want to call internally.
If you receive an external call while you are on the phone to an internal call partner,
you will hear an incoming call alert. End the internal call by pressing the End call
key . Press the Talk key
Call transfer to another handset
You are conducting an external call and you want to transfer it to another handset.
• Press , select
• Select the handset you want to call and press
• The external call is put on hold, the called handset rings.
• Press the End call key
• The external call is transferred to the other handset.
