If it is necessary to send the incubator or its accessories back to
Hettich,
■
request the necessary returns documentation from Hettich or
your responsible Hettich sales partner. This includes the returns
number and a form for certifying the harmlessness of the article to
be sent back.
■
Based on the legal regulations, and primarily to protect the
employees of any Hettich sales partner and Hettich, thoroughly
clean and disinfect the incubator and its accessories. Then certify
its harmlessness by signing the appropriate certificate.
■
In the event of a missing certificate of harmlessness, Hettich
reserves the right to invoice the customer for the costs of cleaning
and disinfection.
■
The incubator should only be shipped in the original packaging.
