15. Start, control, and adjustment of the temperature
The refrigeration temperature control is carried out using the electronic controller (Fig. 11).
Procedure:
Step
1
cut off power to the power supply line using the master switch 1 (Fig. 10)
2
insert the plug (Fig. 10) 2 and restore power.
operate the switch on the electrical panel b (Fig. 11)
3
Result: The cooling system starts functioning immediately.
4
check the temperature after about 60 minutes of operation with the cabinet empty.
5
if the temperature has reached the storage values, load the products.
i
Load the goods cooled at storage temperature
16. Introduce the goods

consult the wiring diagrams annexed to the cabinet before wiring
check that power supply voltage is the one reported on the rating plate.
remove all metallic objects worn: rings, watches, bracelets, earrings, etc.
proceed with wiring

probes.
the Sdef probe must be fixed in contact with the aluminium fins
2
using the bulb holder stainless steel spring code 02230021.
arrange the products in order and evenly (Fig. 19)
observe the loading line (Fig. 19)
introduce products already cooled at the required storage temperature
leave a clearance of about 4-5mm between the products and the sliding locks
open/close the sliding locks using only the handle
load the cabinet so that the goods from a longer time is sold before the
newly received goods (stock rotation)
BT cabinets: Formation of frost. Adherence between frozen products,
adherence to bottom grid.
- limit the storage time of frozen products at room temperature and
humidity.
- limit the opening of sliding locks (max 2-3 min.)
