21.2. General instructions
The surfaces to be cleaned and the detergents and water used for cleaning must not
exceed a maximum temperature of 30°C.
Accurately dry with a soft cloth;
ATTENTION!
Fragile surfaces, glass. Dents, scratches, corrosion, wounds, broken glass
- DO NOT aim the jet directly on the varnished or plasticised surfaces
- DO NOT apply the products directly onto the surfaces to be cleaned
- DO NOT use steam cleaning equipment
- DO NOT apply too much force
- DO NOT bring the jet too close to the dirt, it can cause injury to the operator and
contaminate parts that have already been cleaned, as well as the environment.
- avoid detergents from coming into contact with nearby products.
ATTENTION!
Floor cleaning products. Fumes. Corrosion. Breathing impairment.
- avoid contact, inhalation.
21.3. Cleaning of the outer parts (Daily / Weekly)
Clean all external parts of the cabinet every week
See "General instructions" (cap.21.2.).
21.4. Clean the internal parts (Monthly)
Refer to chapters (cap.21.1.) and (cap.21.2.) and follow the steps given:

remove all products from the inside of the cabinet

remove all the removable parts, such as display dishes, grid trays, etc.

wash with lukewarm water (max 30°C)

disinfect using an antibacterial detergent.
