Connect the 12/24V end position sensors (as standard or optional, ref. 2944660)
Sensors MUST be installed to verify the road positions (bar low) and high positions (bar retracted) in
order to ensure that the bar is in the desired position before actuating any system (raising the tipper, removing
the container, etc.) or driving on roads.
The kit may be supplied by the bodybuilder or be available as an option (Sensor kit -> ref. 294544221 supplied
with an installation manual).
OILING
1.
Fill with fluid, respecting min. service pressure values: 200 bar and max.: 350 bar. Avoid all contact with
hydraulic fluid during installation/use, maintenance and repair and collect the fluid when draining (wear the
PPE specified in the safety data sheets).
2.
Perform several cycles to purge the jacks.
NEVER OPERATE THE BAR WITHOUT THE CONTROL VALVE

After painting, apply the following safety labels, with pictograms warning of risks when opening and closing
the underrun bar.
