Device functions
•
The device has an electronic temperature control for reliably setting the selected
temperature and maintaining it when the iron is connected to the mains supply.
•
In the event of overheating, the device will switch off.
•
The anti-drip system switches off steam production to prevent water from dripping
out of the soleplate at a low temperature. NOTICE: The anti-drip system may emit a
clicking noise while heating up or cooling off. This is normal and does not represent
a defect.
•
The ceramic coating of the soleplate allows the device to effortlessly glide over the
fabric when ironing.
•
The water scale fi lter of the device removes water scale from the water in the water
tank. However, keep in mind that it cannot absolutely prevent the formation of water
scale.
•
The device has automatic safety switchoff function: It will stay on for approximately
30 minutes and then automatically deactivate if you don't move it. When the device
turns off, you will hear a signal.
CAUTION: It takes a little while for the bottom of the iron to cool down. Even
once the device deactivated, never leave it unattended while it is still connected
to the mains power!

"Use").
