5.3 Factory data reset
1. To activate the factory data reset of the machine, the steps below must be followed. This is always
done with the machine switched on and the standby button ON.
2. Press the standby button to turn it OFF.
3. Hold down both mechanical buttons.

4. Press the standby button to turn it ON.
5. Wait for 3 seconds without releasing the mechanical buttons.
6. Show on Display: Reset OK.

6. Cleaning and maintenance
· Every day, the machine must be kept in optimal cleaning conditions in order to guarantee the necessary
hygiene and a good quality of the final product, as well as a longer useful life.
6.1 External cleaning
Do not use any chemical or abrasive products to
clean the machine; use only a cotton cloth dampe-
ned with water. Pay special attention to the keypad
and the areas connected to the product: steam
wand, hot water outlet, group head and filter holder.

6.2 Group head cleaning
Clean the group head daily to maintain op mum coffee
quality. Follow the instruc ons below to clean the group
head:
1. Place the blind filter in the filter holder.
2. Insert the filter holder into the group head.
3. Open the brewing group and wait for 10 sec.
4. Close the group head to stop and wait for 10 sec.
Repeat this process 15 times, until the water comes
out clean from the discharge pipe valve.
