SOLUTIONS
- change the torch
- shunt wires 306 and 307 of B9 connector if opera-
tion OK - change the torch socket
- if not OK - check connections
- if not OK - change the card
+ DEFECT LIGHT OFF
- press trigger and check voltages p 50V (AC) on
wires: 10 and 20 / 20 and 30 / 10 and 30
- check voltage 50V between : 50 and 52 / 50 and
54 / 52 and 54 if OK, check voltage 36VDC on PD1
bridge output, else change the bridge PD1
- check voltages c 28V (AC) on wires : 61 and 60 /
63 and 60 / 60 and 65
- check 18VAC between: 60 and 64 / 60 and 66
- test the rectifier bridge
- change the card
ABSENCE OF NO-LOAD VOLTAGE
- let the power source cooling till light goes off
- shunt wires 320 and 42J:
- if the light goes off, change the TH1/TH2
- otherwise, change the card
INSTABILITY DURING WELDING
- set button Us of wire-feed unit on middle position
and check the place of front panel elements
- operating on 2t, check, by pressing the trigger, that
the contactor is activated
- press the trigger and check the 36V DC voltage on
the outputs of the bridge
