Safety and operating instructions
Solution
Top up tank
Clear line
Turn switch to ON
Top up
Turn tap to 1
Trip choke
Consult engine manual
Turn valve to OFF
Consult engine manual
Check and replace if necessary
Check for tightness/leaks
Replace couplings
Adjust valve
Check hose system for blockage
Replace pump
Adjust to increase engine speed
Check for loose connections on line to
pump
Make sure that the filler cap on the tank is
not loose
Check that oil level is at the top of the
sight glass
Resite power pack for free air circulation
Blow cooler clean. NEVER use a wire
brush
Replace fan
Check hose system
Check and service work tool
Top up tank
Add engine oil
