Pressure sensor
If a pressure sensor is to be used to detect the filling level it
has to be connected as follows.
With the help of a spiral cable puller, feed the pressure
hose through the conduit pipe; to do so, fix the end of the
hose with end cap on the spiral cable puller.
Cut off the end of the pressure hose with sealing cap to fit
precisely.
Push in the blue release ring and keep it pressed.
not available push the pressure hose onto the connection
nipple of the pressure pipe connection.
Push the end of the pressure hose into the connector
until it stops.
ighten the clamping nut.
Let go of the release ring.
The pressure hose is connected airtight.
Pull on the pressure hose lightly to check whether the
connection is secure.
Lay pressure hose continuously rising.
In case of lengths of more than 10 m or reverse gradient
of the pressure hose, use the compressor set for air bub-
bling (art. no. 28048).
Float switch
If float switches are to be used for level detection, proceed
as follows:
Pull out blind plugs (1).
Insert M16 cable gland and fix with locknut.
Pull through cable and tighten nut.
Connect the cable ends of the float switches to the termi-
nals shown. (see "Fig. 3: Mono float switch (non-ATEX) ",
page 34 + see "Fig. 4: Duo float switch (non-ATEX)",
page 34)
Mono/Duo level sensor (non-ATEX)
Connect the cable ends of the level sensor to the Probe2
terminals. The connection of level sensors is identical for
both Mono and Duo systems.
