PROBLEM
The hood does not work...

SOLUTION
• Check that the hood is connected to the power supply; look at the
plug and the differential circuit breaker in the fuse box.
• Carry out a reset: disconnect the differential circuit breaker for the
power supply to the hood in the house fuse box, wait 2 minutes then
switch it on again.
• Contact the official technical service.
• Carry out a reset: disconnect the differential circuit breaker for the
power supply to the hood in the house fuse box, wait 2 minutes then
switch it on again.
• Check that the filters are properly maintained and clean or replace if
necessary.
• Check that the outlet at the end of the flue is not obstructed.
• Contact the distributor to make sure it is properly installed.
• Contact the official technical service.
• Check that the timer function has not been set to switch it off.
• Make sure the hood is connected to the power supply; look at the plug
and the differential circuit breaker in the fuse box.
• Check that there are no problems with the electrical power supply,
such as spikes and drops in voltage.
• Carry out a reset: disconnect the differential circuit breaker for the
power supply to the hood in the house fuse box, wait 2 minutes then
switch it on again.
• Carry out a visual check that the outlet end of the flue is not obstructed
if this is possible and safe.
• Contact the distributor to make sure it is properly installed.
• Contact the official technical service.

• Carry out a reset: disconnect the differential circuit breaker for the
power supply to the hood in the house fuse box, wait 2 minutes then
switch it on again.
• Replace the bulb.
