7. TROUBLESHOOTING & ERROR MESSAGES

7.1 TROUBLESHOOTING

• Everything is set up ready for treatment. On pressing START, the button is active but the timer does
not start counting down.
Check whether the issue has been resolved after completing each of the following steps.
Plug in and unplug all connectors and make sure
that none of them are damaged.
Swap the neutral accessories.
Add a little more cream to the treatment zone.

WARNING: Never attempt to open the device or use tools on the device or its accessories.
If the appropriate troubleshooting procedure does not resolve the issue, contact the service team.
You can check the WIFI connection and signal
strength using the WIFI logo. When the device is
connected to wifi, the symbol turns green.
When a software update is available it will be
visible in the settings tab, with the option to
proceed or not. To proceed with the update,
follow the instructions
on the screen.
If any of the cables/connectors are damaged, call
after-sales service for replacements.
If this works, call after-sales to request a replacement
neutral electrode.
The conductive cream is essential for insuring suffi-
cient contact between the accessories and the pa
tient's skin.
