Installation
f Foam the spaces around the wall mount casing to the entire
wall thickness. Only use rigid 2-component PUR foam.
Outside
f Foam around the wall mount casing on the outside of the
building.
5.1.4 Sealing off
f Once the PUR foam has hardened, trim off any bits of pro-
truding foam.
f Apply a permeable steam brake film to the outside of the
wall mount casing.
f Apply a permeable steam brake film to the inside of the wall
mount casing.

5.1.5 Composite thermal insulation
f On the outside of the wall, install the composite thermal
insulation.
f Use PUR foam to seal the spaces between the composite
thermal insulation and the appliance.
f Once the PUR foam has hardened, trim off any bits of pro-
truding foam.
5.1.6 Plastering the wall
f Apply the exterior render. The render must be sealed flush
with the flange of the wall mount casing.
f Apply the interior plaster. The render must be sealed flush
with the flange of the wall mount casing.
5.1.7 Installing the external panel
f Mount the external panel to protect the wall mount casing
and the appliance against the elements.
f Remove the outer plaster protection cover.
f Screw the four screw bosses included in the standard deliv-
ery into the plastic bosses of the wall mount casing.
