The antistatic plastic bag is to be replaced when filled up to 2/3.
NOTE! Use Nederman antistatic plastic bags only.
To replace the antistatic plastic bag:
1.
Check that the risk area is clear.
2.
Ensure that there is no vacuum in the dust separator.
3.
Remove the collector bin.
4.
Seal and remove the antistatic plastic bag. Use a cable tie or equivalent,
see Figure 10.
5.
Fit a new antistatic plastic bag in the collector bin.
6.
Refit the collector bin onto the dust separator.
7.
Check that the pressure equalizer hose is attached to the collector bin,
see Figure 11.
8.
Check that the collector bin seals properly once vacuum is re-applied to
the dust separator.
CAUTION!
Risk of equipment damage
Never operate the unit without a Nederman antistatic plastic bag.

Replacing the main filter, control filter and filter bags
WARNING!
Risk of electric shock.
Always disconnect the supply voltage with the maintenance switch before any
service, whether mechanical or electrical. Always lock the maintenance switch
in the off position.

Use proper lifting and protective equipment.
10.4.1
Main filter and control filter
Replace the whole main filter and the control filter after approximately 6,000
hours of operation and at least every 3 years. Also, replace the control filter if
damaged or if there is a considerable pressure drop over the control filter.
To replace the main filter:
1.
Remove the main filter according to Figure 12.
2.
Put the old filter in a large plastic bag, or wrap it in plastic foil, see Figure
13.
NOTE! Avoid dust spreading.
3.
Install the new main filter.
