16_1.Water drainage:
To evacuate the defrost water you must:
provide a drain to ground with a slight slope;
install the siphon supplied between the drain pipe of the cabinet and the connection
to ground.
hermetically seal the area of drainage to ground.
In this way, it is possible to avoid: bad odours inside the cabinet, dispersion of
refrigerated air, and the possible malfunction of the cabinet due to humidity.
Periodically check that hydraulic connections are perfectly efficient, contacting a
qualified installer.
17.Lighting of bottom tank
To increase energetic saving, the cabinet features low consumption LED lights that
allow:
reduced lighting consumption
reduced refrigerated load
duration of the lights for more than 6 years
uniform lighting intensity and colour
improvement of the lighting as temperature drops.
17_1.Light bulb replacement (Rif. 19) - specialized technician -
Before replacing the bulbs, unplug the cabinet from its power supply
To replace the light bulbs, proceed as follows:
1 - Remove the screws (1)
2 - Extract the light bulb assembly
3 - Disconnect the connectors
4 - Force open with a spring screw driver (2) as shown in the figure.
5 - Extract the light bulb (3) and replace it with an identical one
6 - Re-insert the new light bulb in the spring (2).
7 - Connect the connectors
8 - Screw the light bulb assembly back on
9 - Restore electrical power supply.
18.Anti-condensation and demisting
To prevent misting due to condensation, low power electrical heaters are foreseen on
the parts most subjected to this phenomenon, such as: heat insulating glass panels of
the doors, frames and framings, side glass panels, etc.
19.Maintenance and cleaning - qualified operator -
BEFORE ANY MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OPERATION,
REMOVE VOLTAGE TO THE CABINET VIA THE MAIN SWITCH. TO
PROTECT YOUR HANDS DURING CLEANING OPERATIONS,
ALWAYS USE WORK GLOVES.
